September 19, 2024: Caledonia, MI 49316 The Caledonia Fighting Scots football squad scored 48 points and limited the visiting Belding Black Knights to 20 in the Fighting Scots non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Fighting Scots now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Ottawa for a non-league test on Thursday, September 26. Caledonia will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 22-14 non-league win over East Kentwood (Kentwood, MI). The Panthers record now stands at 2-0.
With the defeat, Belding drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Black knights host Ottawa Hills (Grand Rapids, MI) to clash with the Bengals in a non-league test on Saturday, September 28. The Bengals come into the test with a record of 2-2.
