Tennessee High School Soccer - Sequoyah knocks off Harriman
September 19, 2024: Harriman, TN 37748 Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Sequoyah Chiefs (Madisonville, TN) and the host Harriman Blue Devils (Harriman, TN), saw Sequoyah's soccer squad prevail over Harriman by a count of 4-0.
The Chiefs (1-7) will now prepare for their battle against York Institute (Jamestown, TN). The Dragons enter the non-league battle with a 1-7 record. In their last battle, York Institute by Clinton County (Albany, KY), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Blue Devils confront the Oneida Indians (Oneida, TN) in a A District 2 battle, on Tuesday, September 24. Harriman will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Indians enter the battle with a 4-6 record after their 3-3 non-league Scott (Huntsville, TN).
