The Blackhawks now hold a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Surry for a non-league test on Thursday, September 26. West Wilkes will meet a Cardinals squad coming off a 32-16 non-league win over West Stokes (King, NC). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-0.
With the defeat, Forbush drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Falcons host North Surry (Mount Airy, NC) to meet the Greyhounds in a non-league test on Thursday, September 26. The Greyhounds come into the test with a record of 1-3. North Surry lost 20-8 in their recent non-league test against Wilkes Central (Wilkesboro, NC)
