New York High School Football - Williamsville East thwarted by Starpoint
September 19, 2024: East Amherst, NY 14051 Starpoint Spartans (Lockport, NY) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Williamsville East Flames (East Amherst, NY), 33-7 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Starpoint improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Spartans travel to Williamsville North (Williamsville, NY) to play the Spartans in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 26. The Spartans go into the battle with a record of 1-1.
The Flames now have a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to North Tonawanda for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 28.
