September 19, 2024: Mt. Pleasant, NC 28124 The South Rowan Raiders (China Grove, NC) volleyball knocked off the host Mount Pleasant Tigers (Mt. Pleasant, NC), 2-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Raiders now possess a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Central Cabarrus for a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 25. South Rowan will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to East Rowan (Salisbury, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 7-7.
With the loss, Mount Pleasant drops to 1-7 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Gray Stone Day (Misenheimer, NC) to clash with the Knights in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 24. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 8-5. Gray Stone Day lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against West Stanly (Oakboro, NC)
