In Saturday's league match, the host Houston Hurricanes football squad scored a close 32-26 victory over the Alden-Conger Knights.

The Hurricanes (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Wabasha-Kellogg (Wabasha, MN). The Falcons enter the non-league match with a 1-4 record. In their last match, Wabasha-Kellogg was tipped by Spring Grove (Spring Grove, MN), 26-14, in a non-league battle.
