September 19, 2025: Columbia, MO 65202 Hickman Kewpies (Columbia, MO) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Battle Spartans (Columbia, MO), 55-14 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Hickman advances its record to 3-1 on the season. The Kewpies host Smith-Cotton (Sedalia, MO) to play the Tigers in a Central Missouri battle on Friday, September 26. The Tigers go into the battle with a record of 3-1. Smith-Cotton won 23-20 in their recent league battle against Jefferson City (Jefferson City, MO)
The Spartans now hold a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Camdenton for a non-league match on Friday, September 26. Battle will confront a Lakers squad coming off a 56-6 league loss to Helias (Jefferson City, MO). The Lakers record now stands at 0-4.
