The Beach Bulldogs football team (Savannah, GA), was tipped 22-21 in Friday's league bout with the host Long County Blue Tide (Ludowici, GA)

With the win, Long County upgrades its record to 4-1 on the year. The Blue Tide travel to Calvary Day (Savannah, GA) to confront the Cavaliers in a AAA Region 3 contest on Friday, October 3. The Cavaliers enter the contest with a record of 4-1. Calvary Day lost 41-33 in their recent league contest against Jenkins (Savannah, GA)

Next up, the Bulldogs encounter the Islands Sharks (Savannah, GA) in a AAA Region 3 battle, on Friday, October 3. Beach will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Sharks go into the battle with a 1-4 record after their 34-8 league loss to Liberty County (Hinesville, GA).
