Pennsylvania High School Football - Bensalem tops Cheltenham

The Bensalem Fighting Owls football squad scored 38 points and limited the host Cheltenham Panthers to 30 in the Fighting Owls league victory on Friday.

In their next game, the Fighting Owls face the Council Rock South Golden Hawks (Holland, PA) in a Suburban One - Continental challenge, on Friday, September 26. Bensalem will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Golden Hawks come into the test with a 4-1 record after their 34-14 league win over Upper Dublin (Fort Washington, PA).

With the defeat, Cheltenham drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Souderton (Souderton, PA) to clash with the Indians in a Suburban One - Continental test on Friday, September 26. The Indians come into the test with a record of 4-1. Souderton won 49-12 in their recent league test against Quakertown (Quakertown, PA)
