The Central Grizzlies football team (Fresno, CA), was crushed 54-0 in Friday's non-league bout with the visiting Bishop Union Broncos (Bishop, CA)

With the win, Bishop Union advances its record to 3-2 on the year. The Broncos host Rosamond (Rosamond, CA) to confront the Roadrunners in a High Desert contest on Friday, October 3. The Roadrunners enter the contest with a record of 1-3.

Coming up next, the Grizzlies confront the San Joaquin Memorial Panthers (Fresno, CA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 25. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
