The Boone Braves (Orlando, FL) football edged the host Ocoee Knights (Ocoee, FL), 24-21 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Braves battle the Timber Creek Wolves (Orlando, FL) in a 7A District 4 game, on Friday, September 26. Boone will attempt to better on its 5-0 season record. The Wolves enter the game with a 2-3 record after their 40-7 non-league loss to Hagerty (Oviedo, FL).

With the defeat, Ocoee drops to 3-2 on the campaign. The Knights travel to West Port (Ocala, FL) to clash with the Wolf Pack in a 7A District 5 outing on Friday, September 26. The Wolf Pack come into the outing with a record of 1-4. West Port won 43-7 in their recent non-league outing against Citrus (Inverness, FL)
