Michigan High School Football - Mid Peninsula can't hold off Carney-Nadeau
September 19, 2025: Rock, MI 49880 Carney-Nadeau Wolves (Carney, MI) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the host Mid Peninsula Wolverines (Rock, MI), 2-0 in a non-league test.
The Wolves now hold a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Stephenson for a Great Lakes - Central (8 Man) test on Friday, September 26. Carney-Nadeau will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 52-20 non-league loss to Lake Linden-Hubbell (Lake Linden, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 0-4.
With the defeat, Mid Peninsula drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Engadine (Engadine, MI) to meet the Eagles in a non-league test on Friday, October 24. The Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 1-3.
