The Cathedral Green Wave felled the host St. Aloysius Flashes football team by a score of 21-7 in Friday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Green Wave meet the Jackson Prep Patriots (Jackson, MS) in a MAIS 4A District 4 test, on Friday, October 3. Cathedral will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record.

With the defeat, St. Aloysius drops to 3-2 on the campaign. The Flashes host Amite School Center (Liberty, MS) to meet the Rebels in a non-league test on Friday, September 26.
