Nebraska High School Football - Omaha Christian can't hold off Cedar Bluffs

Cedar Bluffs Wildcats (Cedar Bluffs, NE) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the host Omaha Christian Guardians (Omaha, NE), 48-42 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Cedar Bluffs improves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Weeping Water (Weeping Water, NE) to meet the Indians in a D2 District 1 (8 Man) test on Friday, September 26. The Indians come into the test with a record of 3-1. Weeping Water won 72-64 in their recent league test against Sacred Heart (Falls City, NE)

With the defeat, Omaha Christian moves to 2-2 on the season. The Guardians host Lourdes Central Catholic (Nebraska City, NE) to face the Knights in a D1 District 1 (8 Man) test on Friday, September 26. The Knights come into the test with a record of 3-1. Lourdes Central Catholic won 54-40 in their recent league test against Freeman (Adams, NE)
