The Cedar Creek Cougars football team (Ruston, LA), was crushed 64-13 in Friday's non-league bout with the host Loyola College Prep Flyers (Shreveport, LA)

With the win, Loyola College Prep advances its record to 3-0 on the season. The Flyers travel to Southwood (Shreveport, LA) to encounter the Cowboys in a 4A District 1 bout on Thursday, September 25. The Cowboys go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Southwood won 50-28 in their recent non-league contest against North Caddo (Vivian, LA)
