The Mitchell Bluejackets football team (Mitchell, IN), was crushed 45-6 in Friday's league bout with the host Crawford County Wolfpack (Marengo, IN)

With the win, Crawford County advances its record to 4-1 on the season. The Wolfpack travel to Springs Valley (French Lick, IN) to encounter the Blackhawks in a Patoka Lake bout on Friday, September 26. The Blackhawks go into the bout with a record of 5-0. Springs Valley won 26-7 in their recent non-league contest against Salem (Salem, IN)

Coming up next, the Bluejackets battle the North Central Thunderbirds (Farmersburg, IN) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 26. Mitchell will attempt to better on its 0-5 season record. The Thunderbirds enter the contest with a 2-3 record after their 41-12 league loss to North Knox (Bicknell, IN).
