The Macon County Tigers football squad scored 42 points and limited the host DeKalb County Tigers to 0 in the Tigers league triumph on Friday.

The Tigers now hold a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to White County for a 4A Region 4 test on Friday, September 26. Macon County will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 14-13 league win over Livingston Academy (Livingston, TN). The Warriors record now stands at 4-1.

With the defeat, DeKalb County drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Upperman (Baxter, TN) to meet the Bees in a 4A Region 4 test on Friday, September 26.
