September 19, 2025: Dobbs Ferry, NY 10522 The Dobbs Ferry Eagles got by the visiting Pelham Memorial Pelicans football team by a score of 42-35 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Eagles face the John Jay Wolves (Cross River, NY) in a Section 1 B/C/D test, on Saturday, September 27. Dobbs Ferry will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Wolves come into the test with a 0-2 record after their 56-40 league loss to Pleasantville (Pleasantville, NY).
With the defeat, Pelham Memorial drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Pelicans travel to Haldane (Cold Spring, NY) to meet the Blue Devils in a non-league test on Friday, September 26. The Blue Devils come into the test with a record of 3-0. Haldane won 34-0 in their recent league test against Hastings (Hastings on Hudson, NY)
