The Essex Trojans football squad scored 52 points and limited the host Franklin Broncos to 0 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Friday.

The Trojans now sport a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Charles City for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 3.

The Broncos (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Windsor (Windsor, VA). The Dukes enter the Tri-Rivers challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Windsor was ripped by Northampton (Eastville, VA), 62-22, in a non-league challenge.
