September 19, 2025: Prospect Park, PA 19076 The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Wissahickon Trojans (Ambler, PA) and the host Interboro Buccaneers (Prospect Park, PA), witnessed Wissahickon's football squad knock off Interboro by a tally of 41-21.
The Trojans (5-0) will now prepare for their contest against William Tennent (Warminster, PA). The Panthers enter the Suburban One - American contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, William Tennent beat J.P. McCaskey (Lancaster, PA), 22-6, in a non-league bout.
The Buccaneers now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Bristol for a non-league bout on Friday, September 26. Interboro will encounter a Warriors team coming off a 44-6 league win over Renaissance Academy (Phoenixville, PA). The Warriors record now stands at 4-1.
