Michigan High School Football - Lakeview falls to Utica
September 19, 2025: Utica, MI 48317 The Utica Chieftains felled the visiting Lakeview Huskies football team by a score of 35-27 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Chieftains face the L'Anse Creuse Lancers (Harrison Township, MI) in a Macomb Area - White test, on Friday, September 26. Utica will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Lancers come into the test with a 1-3 record after their 29-7 league loss to Grosse Pointe South (Grosse Pointe, MI).
The Huskies (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against L'Anse Creuse North (Macomb, MI). The Crusaders enter the Macomb Area - White challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, L'Anse Creuse North fell by Roseville (Roseville, MI), 42-0, in a league challenge.
