In Friday's league match, the host Slinger Owls football squad scored a good 41-33 triumph over the Nicolet Knights.

The Owls (4-1) will now prepare for their match against Whitefish Bay (Whitefish Bay, WI). The Blue Dukes come into the North Shore match with a 3-2 record. In their last match, Whitefish Bay defeated Cedarburg (Cedarburg, WI), 35-7, in a league match.
