The Sharyland Rattlers football squad scored 40 points and limited the host Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest Javelinas to 7 in the Rattlers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Rattlers now sport a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Mercedes for a non-league test on Friday, September 26. Sharyland will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 42-21 non-league win over Edinburg North (Edinburg, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 4-0.

The Javelinas (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Edinburg North (Edinburg, TX). The Cougars enter the non-league challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Edinburg North was ripped by Mercedes (Mercedes, TX), 42-21, in a non-league challenge.
