September 19, 2025: Stockton, KS 67669 The Sylvan-Lucas Mustangs (Sylvan Grove, KS) football trounced the host Stockton Tigers (Stockton, KS), 46-0 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Mustangs now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rock Hills for a Northern Plains (8 Man) game on Friday, September 26. Sylvan-Lucas will battle a Grizzlies team coming off a 56-6 non-league loss to Pike Valley (Scandia, KS). The Grizzlies record now stands at 0-3.
The Tigers (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Hoxie (Hoxie, KS). The Indians enter the Northwest Kansas (8 Man) game with a 1-2 record. In their last game, Hoxie overwhelmed Ellis (Ellis, KS), 46-32, in a non-league game.
