September 19, 2025: Castle Rock, CO 80104 In Friday's league game, the Douglas County Huskies (Castle Rock, CO) flag football team overcame the visiting ThunderRidge Grizzlies (Highlands Ranch, CO), by a margin of 33-19.
The Huskies now sport a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they host Legend for a 5A/4A Continental outing on Wednesday, September 24. Douglas County will clash with a Titans squad coming off a 47-12 league win over Heritage (Littleton, CO). The Titans record now stands at 8-1.
With the defeat, ThunderRidge drops to 6-4 on the campaign. The Grizzlies travel to Rock Canyon (Highlands Ranch, CO) to clash with the Jaguars in a 5A/4A Continental outing on Monday, September 22. The Jaguars come into the outing with a record of 7-3. Rock Canyon won 48-21 in their recent non-league game against Valor Christian (Highlands Ranch, CO)
