September 19, 2025: San Andreas, CA 95249 The Calaveras Red Hawks football squad scored 20 points and limited the visiting Riverbank Bruins to 0 in the Red Hawks league triumph on Friday.
The Red Hawks now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to River Islands for a test on Friday, September 26. Calaveras will face a Riptide team coming off a 40-38 league win over Big Valley Christian (Modesto, CA). The Riptide record now stands at 1-4.
The Bruins (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Summerville (Tuolumne, CA). The Bears enter the challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Summerville ran past Denair (Denair, CA), 43-0, in a non-league outing.
