California High School Football - Sierra thwarted by East Union
September 19, 2025: Manteca, CA 95336 East Union Lancers (Manteca, CA) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Sierra Timberwolves (Manteca, CA), 28-0 in a league battle.
With the win, East Union upgrades its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Patterson (Patterson, CA) to meet the Tigers in a test on Friday, September 26. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 1-4. Patterson lost 35-0 in their recent league test against Central Catholic (Modesto, CA)
With the defeat, Sierra drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Timberwolves host Mountain House (Mountain House, CA) to face the Mustangs in a challenge on Friday, September 26. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a record of 2-3. Mountain House lost 48-22 in their recent league challenge against Oakdale (Oakdale, CA)
