September 19, 2025: Chicago, IL 60608 In Friday's league challenge, the host Instituto Health Sciences Phoenix volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Orr Spartans.
The Phoenix (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park (Chicago, IL). The Hawks go into the non-league test with a 2-6 record. In their last test, Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park went down by Christian Heritage Academy (Northfield, IL), 2-1, in a league test.
The Spartans now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Intrinsic for a test on Wednesday, September 24. Orr will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Mather (Chicago, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-2.
