The Piedmont Wildcats softball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Claremore Zebras to 6 in the Wildcats non-league win on Friday.

The Wildcats now sport a 18-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Edmond Santa Fe for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 20. Piedmont will confront a Wolves squad coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Luther (Luther, OK). The Wolves record now stands at 9-15.
