Minnesota High School Volleyball - Russell-Tyler-Ruthton over Ely
September 19, 2025: Ely, MN 55731 In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Russell-Tyler-Ruthton Knights volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Ely Timberwolves.
The Knights (14-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Canby (Canby, MN). The Lancers come into the non-league challenge with a 7-5 record. In their last challenge, Canby beat Dawson-Boyd (Dawson, MN), 3-0, in a league outing.
With the loss, Ely drops to 6-3 on the campaign. The Timberwolves travel to Kenyon-Wanamingo (Kenyon, MN) to confront the Knights in a non-league game on Saturday, September 20. The Knights go into the game with a record of 10-2. Kenyon-Wanamingo won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Hayfield (Hayfield, MN)
