With the win, Lynnfield advances its record to 7-1 on the season. The Pioneers host Newburyport (Newburyport, MA) to face the Clippers in a Cape Ann outing on Monday, September 22. The Clippers come into the outing with a record of 6-2. Newburyport lost 3-2 in their recent non-league outing against Masconomet Regional (Boxford, MA)
With the loss, Lawrence drops to 1-6 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Dracut (Dracut, MA) to play the Middies in a Merrimack Valley II outing on Monday, September 22.
