The Ripon Indians (Ripon, CA) football routed the visiting McClatchy Lions (Sacramento, CA), 49-7 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Indians face the Calaveras Redhawks (San Andreas, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 9. Ripon will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Redhawks enter the bout with a 0-3 record after their 27-6 non-league loss to Ripon Christian (Ripon, CA).

The Lions (0-3) will now prepare for their bout against Kennedy (Sacramento, CA). The Cougars enter the Metropolitan bout with a 0-3 record.
