The Sandia Matadors (Albuquerque, NM) soccer nipped the host Rio Rancho Rams (Rio Rancho, NM), 1-0 in Friday's non-league bout.

With the victory, Sandia moves its record to 4-2 on the year. The Matadors host Hope Christian (Albuquerque, NM) to confront the Huskies in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 10. The Huskies enter the bout with a record of 3-1.
