The Sandies (19-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Monterey (Lubbock, TX). The Plainsmen enter the non-league challenge with a 14-9 record. In their last challenge, Monterey was dropped by Tascosa (Amarillo, TX), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
