California High School Volleyball - Santana nudged by University City
September 2, 2022: San Diego, CA 92122 The Santana Sultans volleyball team (Santee, CA), was nudged 2-1 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host University City Centurions (San Diego, CA)
The Centurions (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Sage Creek (Carlsbad, CA). The Bobcats enter the non-league challenge with a 9-3 record. In their last challenge, Sage Creek was nudged by San Dieguito Academy (Encinitas, CA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Sultans meet the Hoover Cardinals (San Diego, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 2. Santana will attempt to move on its 5-3 season record. The Cardinals enter the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Mission Bay (San Diego, CA).
