Pennsylvania High School Football - Pope John Paul II trounces Archbishop Ryan

September 2, 2023: Philadelphia, PA 19154

In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Pope John Paul II football squad scored a big 45-7 victory over the Archbishop Ryan Raiders and Ragdolls.

In their next game, the clash with the Berks Catholic Saints (Reading, PA) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 8. Pope John Paul II will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Saints enter the match with a 1-1 record after their 19-14 non-league win over Executive Education Academy Charter School (Allentown, PA).

The Raiders and Ragdolls (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Father Judge (Philadelphia, PA). The Crusaders enter the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Father Judge was crushed by Spring-Ford (Royersford, PA), 38-21, in a non-league match.
