Ohio High School Football - Brush held off by South
September 2, 2023: Willoughby, OH 44094 South Rebels (Willoughby, OH) fans left the game content Saturday as they saw their football team nip the visiting Brush Arcs (Lyndhurst, OH), 27-20 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, South improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Lake Catholic (Mentor, OH) to battle the Cougars in a non-league test on Saturday, September 9. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 0-2. Lake Catholic lost 35-7 in their recent non-league test against St. Edward (Lakewood, OH)
With the loss, Brush drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Arcs host North (Eastlake, OH) to battle the Rangers in a non-league test on Saturday, September 9. The Rangers come into the test with a record of 1-1.
