September 2, 2023: Farmington, NM 87402 The Piedra Vista Panthers football team (Farmington, NM), was knocked off 34-22 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Durango Demons (Durango, CO)
The Demons (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Aztec (Aztec, NM). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Aztec was knocked off by Bayfield (Bayfield, CO), 28-14, in a non-league challenge.
The Panthers now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Bloomfield for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 9. Piedra Vista will meet a Bobcats team coming off a 46-6 non-league win over Grants (Grants, NM). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-0.
