Maryland High School Soccer - Meade nudges Roosevelt
September 2, 2023: Fort Meade, MD 20755 Meade Mustangs (Fort Meade, MD) supporters were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Roosevelt Roughriders (Washington, DC), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Mustangs confront the Bladensburg Mustangs (Bladensburg, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 6. Meade will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Annapolis (Annapolis, MD).
The Roughriders now possess a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to School Without Walls for a DCIAA challenge on Wednesday, September 13.
