The Eagles now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Triangle Lake for a non-league test on Saturday, September 2. Yoncalla will confront a Lakers team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Alsea (Alsea, OR). The Lakers record now stands at 1-1.
The Cougars (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Elkton (Elkton, OR). The Elks enter the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Elkton gained a win over Prospect (Prospect, OR), 3-0, in a non-league test.
