September 2, 2023: Pine Ridge, SD 57770 Pine Ridge Thorpes (Pine Ridge, SD) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Standing Rock Warriors (Fort Yates, ND), 3-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Thorpes clash with the Lakota Tech Tatanka (Pine Ridge, SD) in a A Region 7 match, on Tuesday, September 5. Pine Ridge will attempt to advance on its 3-0 season record.
With the loss, Standing Rock drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Garrison (Garrison, ND) to clash with the Troopers in a B - Region 5 match on Thursday, September 7. The Troopers come into the match with a record of 0-2. Garrison lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Des Lacs-Burlington (Des Lacs, ND)
