Minnesota High School Soccer - Hill-Murray holds off Academy of Holy Angels
September 2, 2025: Maplewood, MN 55109 Hill-Murray Pioneers (Maplewood, MN) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Academy of Holy Angels Stars (Richfield, MN), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Hill-Murray advances its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to Breck (Minneapolis, MN) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league test on Thursday, September 4. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 2-1.
The Stars now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Anthony Village for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 4. Academy of Holy Angels will play a Huskies squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over St. Croix Lutheran (West St. Paul, MN). The Huskies record now stands at 3-0.
