September 2, 2025: Watertown, MN 55388 The Watertown-Mayer Royals soccer squad scored 10 points and held the visiting Minnehaha Academy Red Hawks to 0 in the Royals non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Royals now hold a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central for a non-league game on Thursday, September 4. Watertown-Mayer will face a Raiders team coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Hope Academy (Minneapolis, MN). The Raiders record now stands at 3-0.
The Red Hawks (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Providence Academy (Plymouth, MN). The Lions enter the non-league game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Providence Academy was overwhelmed by Blake (Minneapolis, MN), 3-1, in a non-league game.
