With the win, Highland Springs upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Springers host J.R. Tucker (Henrico, VA) to meet the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, September 3. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 0-1. J.R. Tucker lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Maggie Walker (Richmond, VA)
In their next game, the Panthers face the Matoaca Warriors (Chesterfield, VA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, September 4. Hermitage will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Warriors go into the test with a 1-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Varina (Richmond, VA).
