The Pirates go into the battle with a record of 2-0. Wheatland won 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Encina (Sacramento, CA)
In their next game, the Spartans face the Oroville Tigers (Oroville, CA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, September 9. Red Bluff will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Tigers go into the test with a 1-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Central Valley (Shasta Lake, CA).
