Wisconsin High School Soccer - Algoma toppled by Freedom
September 2, 2025: Algoma, WI 54201 Freedom Irish (Freedom, WI) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Algoma Wolves (Algoma, WI), 6-1 in a non-league test.
The Irish (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Denmark (Denmark, WI). The Vikings go into the North Eastern outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, Denmark got by Green Bay West (Green Bay, WI), 10-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Wolves play the Peshtigo Bulldogs (Peshtigo, WI) in a Packerland outing, on Thursday, September 4. Algoma will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a 1-1 record after their 8-0 league loss to Sturgeon Bay (Sturgeon Bay, WI).
