September 2, 2025: Greensboro, NC 27409 Northwest Guilford Vikings (Greensboro, NC) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Southern Alamance Patriots (Graham, NC), 10-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Northwest Guilford moves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Northern Guilford (Greensboro, NC) to confront the Nighthawks in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 4. The Nighthawks go into the outing with a record of 2-3. Northern Guilford won 2-1 in their recent non-league outing against South Iredell (Statesville, NC)
Next up, the Patriots confront the East Chapel Hill Wildcats (Chapel Hill, NC) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, September 4. Southern Alamance will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 5-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Jordan (Durham, NC).
