With the win, Chaska improves its record to 1-2 on the season. The Hawks host Benilde-St. Margaret's (St. Louis Park, MN) to encounter the Red Knights in a Metro West battle on Thursday, September 4. The Red Knights go into the battle with a record of 4-0. Benilde-St. Margaret's won 3-2 in their recent non-league battle against Mayer Lutheran (Mayer, MN)
The Sabers now own a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Roseville for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 6. Shakopee will meet a Raiders team coming off a 3-0 league win over White Bear Lake (White Bear Lake, MN). The Raiders record now stands at 3-1.
