Kansas High School Volleyball - Cherryvale edged by Field Kindley
September 2, 2025: Cherryvale, KS 67335 Field Kindley Golden Tornado (Coffeyville, KS) backers were pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the host Cherryvale Chargers (Cherryvale, KS), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Golden Tornado (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Fredonia (Fredonia, KS). The Yellowjackets come into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Fredonia edged Sedan (Sedan, KS), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Chargers meet the Neodesha Blue Streaks (Neodesha, KS) in a Tri-Valley challenge, on Thursday, September 4. Cherryvale will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Blue Streaks come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Frontenac (Frontenac, KS).
