In Tuesday's non-league match, the Northwestern Tigers (Kokomo, IN) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Clinton Central Bulldogs (Michigantown, IN), by a count of 3-1.

Next up, the Tigers battle the Whitko Wildcats (South Whitley, IN) in a Three Rivers match, on Thursday, September 4. Northwestern will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record. The Wildcats enter the match with a 3-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Westview (Topeka, IN).

The Bulldogs (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Carroll (Flora, IN). The Cougars go into the Hoosier Heartland battle with a 0-9 record. In their last battle, Carroll dropped by Wabash (Wabash, IN), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
